VIRTUAL REALITY

Drayton’s has successfully project managed the development of operational training videos using 360 filming to create a virtual reality training experience for the construction and resources industry. This was achieved through virtual reality safety training modules on the operation and interaction with earthmoving plant, construction works and associated activities on a portable goggle-like platform that enables autonomous trainee usage and facilitates self-directed interactive learning. This technology can provide a more cost effective and improved training outcome, with the potential for inductions and safety training to be improved through 360 degree filming.

Workplace Training Videos

Drayton’s has successfully project managed the development of workplace training / induction health and safety videos for the construction and resources industry. Whilst live presentations would be the most effective, this is likely to be impractical on large projects and across the industry. The ongoing awareness of workplace hazards can be assisted through victim impact films and videos of the impact of workplace incidents on thethe workers’ family, co-workers and the community.
